9 maj 2014, 70 år fyllda Lars Norén, en välkänd svensk dramaturg, har fått en dokumentär som han gjorde tidigare att sändas igen på SVT. Han har läst mången judisk litteratur likt Nelly Sachs och franz Kafka med flera. Så jag ser på Lars Norén som efter arbetet med Primo Levi intervjuar en apotekare Jean Samuel som också satt i Auschwitz. Mannen är en gammal man nu på gott humör, gift med en hustru sedan länge. Lars pratar om judiskheten som en familj utan land.
Primo Levi jämförde upplevelsen i Auschwitz med det han läste i Dante Aligheris - Den Gudomliga Komedin. Han citerade hur helvetet beskrevs av Dante och det som ju bara är första delen för ur helvetet kom Dante såsmåningom till himmelens portar. Men till och med under tiden som Primo Levi var i Auschwitch så citerade ha Dantes helvetesverser för det skrivna stämde överens med upplevelsen som han hade där. De förlegade tortyrbeskrivningarna från 1200-talet stämde överens med 1900-talets fångläger.
Lars Norén säger att det vore skrämmande om det som en gång har hänt kan komma att hända igen.
Jag tänker på judarna som tog över Hollywood. Det finns många sådana namn som ledde film makeriet länge, ända till idag finns flertalet stora namn som jobbar ännu i filmbranschen där på andra sidan oceanen i det nya landet som visst haft inbördeskrig men aldrig en folkmassaker som det gamla Europa, eh indianerna blev möjligen massakerade. Vad är det människor håller på med egentligen?

He has had a documentary aired earlier to be rerun this evening on SVT(the public service channel of Sweden) He has read many of the jewish litterature like Nelly Sachs and Franz Kafka. So, I see in the documentary how Lars Norén after working with Primo Levi interviews the pharmacist Jean Samuel that shared place with Primo in Auschwitz. The man is old now, in a happy mood, married to a wife since many years. Lars wonder how he felt being alive from that terrible time, Jean Paul.
The old man can tell very detailed, he has had lectures for the youngsters some time and the documentary also show pictures from the time being told about. It is a time not to be forgotten.
Lars talks about the jewishness as being a large family without a country. They were tossed out, weren't they?
Primo Levi did compare the experience of Auschwitz with what he had read about hell in Dante Aligheris The Divine Comedy. He quoted how hell was described by Dante and as you know it's only the first part that is about hell, Dante arrived to heaven eventually. But even during the time in Auschwitz, Primo Levi quoted Dantes hell verses for his friend Jean Paul because he felt that the written did add up to the experience he had there. The outdated descriptions of torture from the 12th century did captivate what was going on in the 20th century.
The director Lars Norén says that it would be frightening if that that once has happened would come to happen again.
I am thinking how Hollywood embraced the jewish talent. And I believe many strong names work in the broadcasting business on the other side of the ocean. The states has had civil war but not a massacre of people as old Europe has endured not long ago.
And I am just wondering, what is it some people are up to really?
When are we going to begin think globally?
